A commentary of its time. There is created a fictitious application to the European Court of Human Rights complaining of Scots law refusal to recognise a same sex couple for the purposes of a wrongful death claim. The commentary seeks to show how the claim could be successfully argued in 2002. (Things have moved on since then, of course).
