The epilogue of the book outlines a more personal reflection on the relation between the project of writing the book and the notion of ‘Swedish sin’. By briefly mapping the historical development of Sweden as a country identified with liberated sexual practices while returning to some of the central arguments made throughout the book, this chapter discusses ways in which sexuality is entangled with politics, economy and cultural traditions.
