Abstract

This book describes how mediation is currently being developed and used in a number of areas in Scotland. Illustrated with case studies drawn from real life, it highlights the basic skills of a mediator, explores what works in different practice areas and looks at the things that different mediation approaches have in common, along with the differences between them.
